2 dead, several injured as wall collapses in Ujjain’s Mahakal temple
Two people lost their lives after a boundary wall near the Ujjain’s Mahakal Temple collapsed on Friday due to heavy rainfall.

Ujjain: In a tragic incident, at least two people were killed and two others injured after a boundary wall near the Mahakal Temple in Madhya Pradesh’s Ujjain collapsed on Friday evening due to heavy rainfall. Several people are feared to be trapped under the debris. A rescue operation is currently underway.

Injured people have been rushed to a district hospital, according to officials. The deceased have been identified as 22-year-old Farheen and 27-year-old Ajay.
According to locals, half a dozen people may still be trapped under the debris.
