Agra–Lucknow Expressway Cuts Travel Time to 3 Hours

The Agra–Lucknow Expressway connects Agra with Lucknow and Delhi.
The Agra–Lucknow Expressway has six lanes and has plans to expand to eight lanes in the near future.
The expressway cuts the travel time between Lucknow and Agra from 6 hours to 3:30 hours.
The expressway goes through 10 districts and 236 villages that starts at Etmadpur Madra village near Agra and ends at Sarosa Bharosa village in Lucknow.
This expressway was opened to public on 21 November 2016 by Akhilesh Yadav.
The expressway has interchanges for major Roads, underpasses for vehicles, pedestrians and animals.
The cost of the road project was expected to be Rs 15,000 crore but was completed in Rs 13,200 crore.
The Expressway has provision for green belt, rest houses, petrol pumps, service centres.
You can get restaurants and four agricultural mandis for milk, potatoes, grains on the expressway.
The Agra–Lucknow Expressway is connected to Yamuna Expressway through the Agra Ring Road.
This expressway also provide express link between Greater Noida, NCR to Lucknow via Agra.
