MG Teases ADAS Tech in Upcoming Windsor PRO Ahead of India Launch

MG is set to launch the Windsor PRO EV with Level 2 ADAS, V2L & V2V tech, 12 safety features, and smart alerts—aimed at premium users seeking safety and innovation.

New Delhi — JSW MG Motor India is gearing up to launch a new variant of its popular electric vehicle, the MG Windsor. Dubbed the Windsor PRO, the upcoming model is set to offer a host of advanced features, with the company teasing Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) in a newly released promotional video.

The Windsor PRO will come equipped with 12 major ADAS features, along with three types of alerts — audio, visual, and haptic — to enhance driving safety. Key technologies include Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning, and Traffic Jam Assist, among others.

Since its debut, the MG Windsor has held the title of India’s best-selling electric vehicle, thanks to its unique combination of a sedan’s spaciousness and an SUV’s practicality. The new PRO version is expected to build on that success with additional tech-focused enhancements, including Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) capabilities, allowing users to power external devices or even charge other EVs.

With the launch expected soon, MG is positioning the Windsor PRO as a premium, feature-rich upgrade aimed at customers seeking safety, innovation, and added utility in their EV experience.
