The western bench of NGT gave this order on the petition of applicant Santosh Daundkar. The bench of judicial member Dinesh Kumar Singh and environmental member Dr. Vijay Kulkarni adjourned the hearing till April 23, directing Santosh Daundkar to present evidence within four weeks.
It also clarified that if he does not present the evidence, his petition will be dismissed. NGT said that ‘if any violation of procedure has been done by the project proponent or MCZMA, then the petitioner should present the evidence related to it within four weeks.’
