Shreyas Santosh Iyer is an Indian cricketer who plays as a right-handed middle-order batsman for the national team. He represents Mumbai in domestic cricket and the Punjab Kings in the Indian Premier League.

Shreyas Iyer is an aggressive top-order batsman known for combining traditional strokes with raw power. His maiden century for India came in an ODI against New Zealand in Hamilton in 2020, and he followed it up with a century and a half-century on his Test debut against the same team a year and a half later, this time on home soil. In an ODI in Ranchi in October 2022, Iyer made chasing down 282 against South Africa seem effortless with an elegant, unbeaten 113 that guided India to victory with ease.
