Escalating its tensions with India, Pakistan targeted Jammu with loitering munitions on Thursday and Indian Air Defence guns are firing back. In view of the ongoing attacks from Pakistan, the Indian Army has confirmed that military stations in Jammu, Pathankot, and Udhampur—located near the International Boundary in Jammu & Kashmir—were targeted using missiles and drones. No casualties or damage have been reported so far.
Sharing a post on X(Twitter), The Indian Army wrote, “Military Stations of Jammu, Pathankot and Udhampur in proximity to the International Boundary, in Jammu & Kashmir targeted by Pakistan using missiles and drones. No losses. Threat neutralised by #IndianArmedForces as per SoP with kinetic & non-kinetic means.”

The Indian Armed Forces swiftly neutralized the threat using both kinetic and non-kinetic methods, in full accordance with standard operating procedures.
