MG Windsor PRO Clocks 8,000 Bookings Within 24 Hours of Launch

MG Windsor PRO hits 8,000 bookings in 24 hrs! Priced from 13.09L (BaaS) to 18.09L, it offers 449km range, ADAS, V2L/V2V tech & more. A big leap in India's EV space!

New Delhi - The recently launched MG Windsor PRO has hit a major milestone, securing 8,000 bookings within just 24 hours of opening reservations, JSW MG Motor India announced on Friday.

Priced at Rs 18,09,800 (ex-showroom), the Windsor PRO is also available under a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model at Rs 13.09 lakh with an additional Rs 4.5/km usage charge, providing customers with a flexible ownership option.

Rakesh Sen, Head of Sales at JSW MG Motor India, attributed the enthusiastic response to growing customer confidence in electric mobility. "This achievement underscores the enduring popularity of the MG Windsor and further strengthens its position as a frontrunner in India's EV landscape," he said. "It also reaffirms our commitment to innovation and a more sustainable, tech-driven automotive future."

The Windsor PRO is offered in a single Essence PRO variant and features a larger 52.9 kWh battery, delivering an ARAI-certified range of 449 km on a single charge. The EV produces 136 PS of power and 200 Nm of torque, promising a strong and smooth driving experience.

In terms of safety and convenience, the Windsor PRO comes equipped with Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), including 12 features with three levels of warning. It also debuts new technologies such as Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) capabilities, a powered tailgate, and is available in three new colour options Celadon Blue, Aurora Silver, and Glaze Red.

With this strong start, JSW MG Motor India aims to further consolidate its position in the fast-growing electric vehicle market.
