BSNL has introduced a budget-friendly 90-day recharge plan, reading the competition with private telecom giants like Mukesh Ambani led Reliance Jio and Bharti Mittal led Airtel. By this move, a government-owned company is trying to attract more customers.
BSNL is putting lots of effort into improving its services and customer satisfaction. While the company is rapidly expanding its 4G network infrastructure, it is also adding more over users with cost-effective plans. The latest 90-day plan has put additional pressure on private operators like Airtel and Vodafone Idea (VI), Reliance JIo who have recently increased their recharge prices.
The introduction of such plans has led millions of customers to switch to BSNL. BSNL has been rolling out affordable long-term recharge options. Before launching this 90-day plan, the company also unveiled an economical 365-day plan, further enhancing its appeal to budget-conscious users.
BSNL announced the new recharge plan on its official X (formerly Twitter) handle. For just Rs 411, users can enjoy 2GB of high-speed data daily for 90 days, totaling 180GB of data over the plan’s validity period.
This plan is affordable and has long validity, making it a better option in the current market. However, it is important to note that this Rs 411 data voucher does not include unlimited calling services. Users who want both data and calling benefits may explore BSNL’s other plans.
In addition to the 90-day plan, BSNL has introduced a cost-effective annual plan priced at Rs 1515. Announced via its X handle, this 365-day plan provides uninterrupted connectivity and is tailored for users primarily looking for extensive data benefits. Like the Rs 411 plan, this annual offering focuses on data and excludes calling facilities.
With options like the Rs 411 and Rs 1515 plans, BSNL is attracting more users, providing significant relief from the rising costs of telecom services, and trying to develop its user base which can sustain for a longer time.
