Hrithik Roshan’s sister Sunaina Roshan made headlines because of her health and fitness journey. Not only just underwent a significant weight loss transformation but also how she put her life together in terms of health and pushed through to reverse severe disease like fatty liver. She documents her fitness journey on and off on her social media account. In a recent post she shared on Instagram, she revealed how she managed to reverse grade 3 fatty liver with simple lifestyle swaps.
Ace director Rakesh Roshan’s daughter nearly lost 50 kgs way back in 2017 according to media reports post her bariatric surgery. Later she was said to have been diagnosed with cervical cancer and developed other health issues like fatty liver as well.
Fatty liver when left untreated may become a leading cause of liver cirrhosis and then it becomes irreversible.
Sunaina shared ow she managed to reduce fat build up in her liver and how she has embarked one a healthier lifestyle. “Last year I managed to reverse my Grade 3 fatty liver to a Grade 1. Until recently, I managed to eliminate it completely with just sheer willpower and determination.” She highlighted that people should not be lazy or procrastinate a lot when it comes to health. For her, “dietary changes along with my regular exercises” helped her achieve it.

Fatty liver is basically the build up of fat in liver. When the build up progresses, it reaches a stage when over 60 percent of liver is made of fat. This puts the body at a severe risk of cirrhosis, inflammation etc. Lifestyle changes like diet and exercises can help reverse the problem when treated well on time.
As Asian Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver guidelines published in the Hepatology International journal, fatty liver is a rising health concern which can be reduced with help of certain lifestyle changes. The study stated:
Roshan keeps on sharing different lifestyle changes that helped her lose weight keeps her fit. Once she talked about her night time routine and skin care that keeps her fit and fab. She shared how she has early dinner, herbal tea and sets a calming environment before heading to sleep.
When it comes to health, one should not procrastinate and wait for the sword to hang over the head to take an initiative.
