With a reported net worth of Rs  280 crore, Abhishek Bachchan has rented out the ground floor of the family’s lavish Juhu bungalow, Ammu and Vats, to the State Bank of India. This long-term 15-year lease promises a steady and significant rental income for the Bachchan family.

According to the reports from Zapkey.com, documents have revealed the details of a 15-year lease agreement between the Bachchan family and the State Bank of India. At present, Abhishek is earning a monthly rent of Rs 18.9 lakh from the bank. The lease includes provisions for periodic rent hikes, with the monthly rent set to rise to Rs 23.6 lakh after five years, and further increase to Rs 29.5 lakh after ten years.

Media reports indicate that the State Bank of India(SBI) has been given 3,150 square foot in a building located close to Bachchan’s family residence, Jalsa.
